  • Customer service and administrative support (CSR/Admins)
     

  • Outbound sales campaigns
     

  • AI and human hybrid call answering
     

  • Workflow automation and CRM setup
     

  • Hiring, training, and onboarding support
     

 

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to tools, software, and information necessary for our team to perform assigned duties.
     

  • Communicate business needs clearly and provide feedback during onboarding and ongoing service.
     

  • Ensure third-party software used by the client is legally licensed and accessible to Sunshine team members.
     

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Services are billed according to the selected package, with pricing details outlined in your proposal or service agreement.
     

  • Payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
     

  • Overdue invoices may result in paused service and late fees.
     

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All services are month-to-month with no long-term contracts, unless otherwise specified.
     

  • Clients may cancel service with written notice before the next billing cycle begins.
     

  • Because our services involve staffing and scheduling, no partial refunds are provided once the service month has begun.
     

 

5. Performance & Guarantees

  • Sunshine Admin will provide trained agents and/or automation based on your service plan.
     

  • While we strive to improve performance and efficiency, we cannot guarantee specific business results, as outcomes depend on market conditions, client systems, and other external factors.
     

  • Client feedback is crucial for agent coaching and performance tuning.
     

 

6. Confidentiality

  • We treat all client information with strict confidentiality.
     

  • Our staff is bound by internal agreements that prohibit the sharing or misuse of sensitive business data.
     

  • If a formal NDA is required, we are happy to sign one upon request.
     

 

7. Communication & Marketing

  • By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive service-related and promotional communications from Sunshine Admin Inc. via email and text (SMS).
     

  • You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to SMS or clicking unsubscribe in emails.
     

 

8. Technology & Tools

  • Sunshine Admin may recommend or use third-party tools (e.g., CRM, dialers, forms) on behalf of the client.
     

  • We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
     

 

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Sunshine Admin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
     

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 30 days of service.
     

 

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
