How does billing work?No contracts, no long-term commitments—just week-to-week billing based on the services you use. This aligns with when we pay our agents and keeps everything fair and flexible. 80% of all revenue goes directly to our agents and support staff in the form of wages, health benefits, vacation pay, and performance bonuses. How long does onboarding take?It depends on the package you choose! First, we hop on a strategy call to make sure we’re a great fit. From there, we tailor your package to your unique needs, hand-pick the right agents, and train them specifically on your business, brand, and services to ensure they’re ready to convert more leads and give your customers a 5-star experience.

Do you have a refund policy?Not every business is the right fit, and that’s okay! We’ve found that our best partnerships are with well-established home service businesses that prioritize great customer experiences. We work best with partners who communicate well and join regular check-ins to refine and improve our collaboration. If you're just looking for a basic answering service that picks up the phone and nothing more, we’re probably not the best fit. But if you’re serious about booking more jobs, increasing revenue, and delivering top-notch service, we’re here to help. No contracts, no strings attached—if you decide we're not the right fit within the first 30 days, we'll refund your onboarding fees.
